Energy Transfer's OrderUp app offers a streamlined solution for Energy Transfer customers to efficiently manage Crude Oil and Condensate pickups. Designed with user convenience in mind, the app integrates seamlessly with Energy Transfer’s dispatch system, allowing users to place orders for locations under contract in real-time via their mobile devices.

Getting Started:

• Contact your Energy Transfer Crude Marketing Representative to request a registration form.
• Complete the registration form and submit it to your Marketer.
• Upon approval, you will receive login information from a Customer Service Representative.
• Download the OrderUp app from the iOS App Store to commence usage.

Features:

• User accounts are tailored to include the leases for Operating Companies authorized for hauling by Energy Transfer Crude Trucking.
• Schedule Full Load pickups (Single location, one tank).
• Arrange Split Tank pickups (Single location, two tanks).
• Request Split Lease pickups (Two locations, two tanks).
